Return Policy: Hassle-Free Returns on All Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer free returns through UPS. Our return window is 60 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of your original purchase.

How to Complete a Return

To process your return, please contact us for a Return Approval Code (RAC) and a return label. Returns without an RAC will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, here’s what to do:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank as there may be some processing time before your refund shows up.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges if an item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at faraz@szhv.net for an approval code. Once approved, you can send the item back to us at:
